Strength of 900 MPa, 3 Printing Modes, Maximum Speed of 500 mm/s, 300 Large Volume, Smarter Workflow, Affordability, and Compact Design

Continuous fiber strands are embedded into melted thermoplastic during extrusion using a unique 3D printing technique called Composite Fibre Coextrusion (CFC). In contrast to chopped fiber or filled filaments, CFC arranges full-length fibers layer by layer exactly where strength is required.
Strong, precisely reinforced composite items are made possible by a dual-extruder system that supports up to three materials in a single print: one for plastic filament and another for co-extruding continuous fiber and polymer.
Lattice infill from the First Fibre 3D printer strengthens and lightens components where it matters. Ideal for durability, impact absorption, and material cost savings.

The First Fibre 3D Printer's dual-extrusion technique allows it to operate with a variety of materials in addition to carbon fiber, including PLA, PETG, PA, PACF, PC, ABS, fiberglass, and more.

Compromise is not an option when working parts are required.
With the First Fibre 3D Printer's up to 900 MPa tensile strength, you can make end-use parts that are comparable in weight to aerospace-grade aluminum. Your prints can now be used outside of the workbench for everything from mission-critical brackets to heavy-duty jigs.

FibreSeeker 3 uses patented CFC (Composite Fibre Coextrusion) technology to create reinforced parts with tensile strength up to 900MPa — more than 2 times of 6061 aluminum. That’s strong enough to withstand over 9,000kg of force per square centimeter.

Enable same-day functional prototype and on-demand batch manufacturing with 500mm/s FFF nozzle print speeds, which enable 10X faster throughput than industry averages.
ith industrial-scale build size. Allows users to create larger prototypes and structural parts without splitting into smaller pieces.

The First Fibre 3D Printer has three different printing modes, each denoted by a colored light (green, orange, or purple), so you can quickly determine how it is operating.

High Speed Mode: The FFF nozzle runs on its own, providing greater speed and accuracy—perfect for common 3D printing uses.
High Strength Mode: Your prints will have a "carbon-fiber skeleton" thanks to the simultaneous operation of the CFC + FFF dual-nozzle system. The material ratio can be changed to balance weight and strength while controlling expenses.
Hyper Strength Mode: The CFC nozzle operates independently, harnessing cutting-edge technology to produce parts with tensile strength reaching up to 900 MPa.
After analyzing the load distribution, fiber path, and material utilization of each item, our custom slicer creates an optimum toolpath for optimal performance and little waste.

Use Mask tools to specify fiber placement zones, modify support structures with blockers and enforcers, and preview prints in great detail. Take advantage of open-format G-code export, adjustable parameter adjustment, and support for STL, STEP, OBJ, and more.

The built-in HD camera continuously monitors your prints, enabling real-time tracking and smarter failure detection.
For production-grade outputs, real-time motion correction algorithms eliminate high-frequency vibrations while preserving ±0.05mm dimensional accuracy at 500mm/s print speeds.
A 5-inch full-color touchscreen is included with the First Fibre 3D printer. With a bright HD touchscreen, you can maintain control. Real-time temperature, speed, and progress tracking, instantaneous setting saving and reuse, and firmware upgrades with a single tap make every print smoother, more intelligent, and easier.
Put an end to manual adjustments. Your printer becomes ready in a matter of seconds with Auto-Levelling & Smart Calibration, guaranteeing perfect adhesion, uniform layers, and smooth surfaces from the first print.
Every print is completed precisely as intended thanks to First Fibre 3D Printer's Filament Runout Detection, which automatically pauses when materials run low so you may replenish and continue.
First Fibre 3D Printer provides industrial-grade printing directly from your desktop, whether you're a home hobbyist, a workshop builder, or a startup inventor.
